Typical response

Scheduled at the end of a remediation or building project

Ideal for

Post-remediation clean-up, post-construction dust, and any space where fine particulate needs to be removed before re-occupation.

What this service includes

Standard cleaning equipment isn’t built to capture the size of particle involved in mould contamination or fine construction dust — a normal vacuum can actually redistribute spores into the air rather than removing them. HEPA filtration is designed specifically to trap particles at that scale, which is why it’s the standard we use whenever a space needs to be genuinely clean, not just visibly tidy.

This service typically runs at the end of a remediation project, once contaminated materials have been removed and the area has been mechanically cleaned, to capture any residual fine particulate before the space is reopened. It’s also relevant after building or renovation works that have generated dust in an occupied or soon-to-be-occupied property, particularly where anyone in the household has respiratory sensitivity.

We use HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment and detailed surface cleaning across affected areas, working systematically rather than spot-cleaning, so nothing gets missed in corners, behind fittings, or on soft furnishings that trap particulate more readily than hard surfaces.

Whether it’s the final stage of a remediation job or a standalone clean after building works, this is about making sure the air quality in the space matches how it looks — clean at the level that actually matters.
